RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds:

  • There are no refunds on electrical goods.
  • Refunds will only be done once Authorized by the manufacturer and not the seller namely diatools.
  • If the manufacturer agrees with a refund, then all expenses (namely: shipping and customs, Etc.) including a handling fee of 20% will be charged.

NOTE: NO refunds or exchanges on special orders.

exchanges:

An exchange is only possible if:

  1. The product is not registered yet and unused.
  2. The product is in its original packaging with all it’s original and sealed accessories.
  3. An exchange will only be considered once a valid reason is provided and if the seller is convinced.

Repairs:

  • Products with guarantee: the guarantee is with the manufacturer and not the seller and all shipping expenses to repairs are on the buyer’s account.
  • Should a product with guarantee need repairs, the buyer will notify Diatools through email, after discussion the buyer will send the product back to Diatools as soon as possible.
  • Repairs shipping time may take up to 30 working days.

Support:

  • Diatools provides the basic support to all our clients.
  • We are not liable to give any training or Installations on the products.
  • With all our products there is online help
