Refunds:
- There are no refunds on electrical goods.
- Refunds will only be done once Authorized by the manufacturer and not the seller namely diatools.
- If the manufacturer agrees with a refund, then all expenses (namely: shipping and customs, Etc.) including a handling fee of 20% will be charged.
NOTE: NO refunds or exchanges on special orders.
exchanges:
An exchange is only possible if:
- The product is not registered yet and unused.
- The product is in its original packaging with all it’s original and sealed accessories.
- An exchange will only be considered once a valid reason is provided and if the seller is convinced.
Repairs:
- Products with guarantee: the guarantee is with the manufacturer and not the seller and all shipping expenses to repairs are on the buyer’s account.
- Should a product with guarantee need repairs, the buyer will notify Diatools through email, after discussion the buyer will send the product back to Diatools as soon as possible.
- Repairs shipping time may take up to 30 working days.

- Diatools provides the basic support to all our clients.
- We are not liable to give any training or Installations on the products.
