RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds:

  • There are no refunds on electrical goods.
  • Refunds will only be done once authorized by the manufacturer and not the seller.

Repairs:

  • Products with guarantee: the guarantee is with the manufacturer and not the seller and all shipping expenses to repairs are on the buyer’s account.
  • Should a product with guarantee need repairs, the buyer will notify Diatools through email, after discussion the buyer will send the product back to Diatools as soon as possible.
  • Repairs with shipping time may take up to 30 working days.

Support

  • Diatools provides the basic support to all our clients.
  • We are not liable to give training on the products.
  • With all our products there is online help 24/7.
